Pavlína Bencová
Pavlina holds a University Degree in International Relations. She has more than 10 years of experience in recruitment. Pavlína started her career at Redbull, where, in addition to recruitment, she was responsible for managing the Assessment Center across the Czech Republic. She founded a service focused on the selection and assignment of students for help in families and households, operating in Prague and Liberec.
Pavlína has been with Grafton since 2015, specializing in finance and banking recruitment. Since 2017, she has worked as a Team Leader of the Finance & Banking division in Prague.
Pavlína has led a number of projects, among the biggest achievements is filling several dozen senior expert roles in the Business Finance Center of Excellence entity of an international IT company. She has completed a number of psychological courses focused on the classification and typology of personality for senior management recruitment.
